Panel definition

Compliance lists the monitored counterparties (internal file or customer DB query). The panel ranges 50 to 5,000 entities.

Continuous OSINT + internal-base lookup

Agent queries the internal KYB dossier base (`search_supplier_dossier`) and the OSINT feed (`search_news_mentions` - Factiva, LexisNexis, Refinitiv depending on subscription). 90-day rolling window.

Three-tier drift classification

🔴 blocking (OFAC/EU/UN sanctions, ACPR freeze, indictment) → 24h action. 🟠 to investigate (UBO shift to grey-list jurisdiction, licence loss) → 5 working days. 🟡 weak signal (press, rating downgrade) → 14-day follow-up.

Weekly report + audit chain

Executive summary, sourced drift cards, recommendations. Every 🔴 alert explicitly includes 'final decision reserved to the RSSI / DPO' - the agent informs, doesn't decide. Everything is hashed into the LMbox audit chain, regulator-defensible.
